TheDarkAvenger041
So I've been an avid modder ever since I discovered that you could add even more to your game besides DLCs for fallout 3. I Had somewhere around five hundred hours, and I feel safe to say that a majority of those came from modding. I got a new computer, excited to see how well my mods would run on a better rig. I followed the standard setup, FOMM, ArchiveInvalidated, ect... and whenever I'm all set, I launch the game, nearly biting my fingernails in excitement - Until my game crashes about five seconds in, about to reach per say the third slide. I have no idea why it's happening, and if someone could help me, I'd be extremely appreciative. The basics are - I haven't played through the game yet, I just wanted to get in my modding quickly, seeing as I've already beaten it some five odd times on my old computer. I tried deleting the .esp at the advice of various members, and all that would happen upon redownload was that the game would complain about me deleting the .esp, and then redownload it. I am using the Steam Version of the game, Aswell as I'm running windows 7. The fact that perplexes me the most is that I recently got skyrim, And when I began to mod it, fearing for the worst - Not only did the game not crash, but the mods worked; Beautifully I might add. That best explains my situation, and any and all help is extremely appreciated, thanks.
