Despite that I know the inevitable nudity will cause some conflictions regarding the "adult content" label (even though breastfeeding doesn‘t correlate with pornography), I think the sign of Nordic mothers innocently cradling their children would give further substantiality to Skyrims raw/medieval atmosphere.
