Nevada skies for RFCW

Hello everyone, I'm working on a small submod for RFCW. I'm trying adapt Nevada skies to fallout 3 areas, what I've done is create a plug in that changes the climates in fallout 3 areas to NV climates so that they will replaced by Nevada Skies when that mod is activated. So far it works well except for one area the main wasteland cell, the sky has this glare I can’t figure out how to remove and the green tint remains too. Anyone have any ideas?
