Modded Skyrim "change saved"

Hi! I play on modded skyrim se. Every second in top left of the screen appears "changes saved" and after a bit, the movement starts to be choppy… choppy mouse… I tried bMouseAcceleration=0. I think it's a mod.. Look at my load order:
