I checked in the creation club and everything had the "Can't travel" button unticked, so it should be working fine, but it doesn't. Unfortunately I haven't found any information online, but from what I've seen it happens sporadically, like it'll work from inside a regular building when I reinstall the mod, then if I try to fast travel from the ragged flaggon it breaks for every location permanently. Now, one thing I noticed when searching online for this issue is someone stating that a mod they created broke it, so it could be a mod I have that is causing it to malfunction, I just don't know what.
