CTD when saving

-So the game crashes every-time i try to save , the weird thing is this only happens after the quest ''attend the burning of king Olaf'' all the saves before that point works perfectly . here is my load order (a bit long i know)

i did disbale most of them but the issue is still there.

and yes i used loot , SSEEdit and Resave but still nothing.
