LE Death thrall refrigerated room

An additional room to one or several safe houses maybe — I'm not sure how (if) this can be implemented.

The idea is to have an appropriately decorated storage room where death thralls can be brought and left alone without a need to worry about them being deleted on the next area load and without a need to “play” with each body fasttraveling back-and-forth between the edges of the map to insure the same thing
