Looking for ENB recommendations

I'm looking for something that's...

• Designed for high-end PCs (very high quality)
• Bright and vibrant while remaining realistic
• Adds color variation but not highly saturated
• Beautiful and strong DOF and Sunsprite effects
• Optimised for landscape and scenery rather than character shots
• Preferably NO .esp requirements such as COT, ELFX, NLA etc. (but Im still open to these suggestions)
• No grainy effect
• Smooth and soft edges in all DOFs
• Dark nights & cosy interiors, bright (but not blinding) days
• Works well in 2018 (updated for latest hardware, software & Binaries)
• Doesn’t require loads of tweaking, looks great ‘straight out of the box’
