Missing Files

I have been gone for a few months attending to life, school, etc. I recently came back though and wanted to pick back up Operation Blackbriar. A mod (WIP) I had started on (and put a lot of time into - with story, scripting, graphics)... but found all of my files and images gone when I got back. I've tried contacting Nexus repeatedly but have received no response. Would anyone have an idea of what could have happened?

 

And I would use the files on my HD but a computer crash caused their loss.
