Tardysoap
Hi, I've been having a huge issue with uninstalling the Nexus mods I had installed. I was using community patch version 62.4. So I installed quite a few mods to test and mess around with for my upcoming playthrough and I wanted to start off with a clean slate, I uninstalled New Vegas and reinstalled it and the mods were still installed. Then I uninstalled nexus and new vegas and reinstalled them and the mods were still installed. They do not show up in the directory so I'd have to go on a huge hunt to redownload them all and uninstall them through the manager, in fact I've tried yet there are still 37 mods unaccounted for. Please help, thankyou. Edited June 12, 2018 by Tardysoap

Tardysoap
Oh, of course lol that was dumb of me, my apologies. So I stated above I was using Nexus Mod Manager patch 0.65.4 I had installed all of the mods through this manager I also tried uninstalling these mods by just uninstalling COMPLETELY AND ENTIRELY New Vegas from my computer as well as the Nexus program, and reinstalling them both, yet all the mods are still active. They were still active with no mods to be found in the Nexus Mod Manager, it showed 0 mods in it's folders, but in the bottom right it clearly stated there was 90+ mods installed, and they all still appeared in game. The Plugin list was empty aswell.
WastelandAssassin
I thought as muchmy question is , where does NMM install your mods? if it installs them directly to your game's folder , have you made sure to delete that folder after uninstalling the game? because if not , these files would still be there when you reinstall the game , so you aren't actually doing anything except waste time on uninstalling and reinstalling the game......also , where have you installed NMM? I'm not sure if that could cause such an issue , but don't install it to any of the Program Files folders of course , I may be completely wrong hereI would check the folders where you've set NMM to install your mods to , and make sure these folders are empty

I can confirm I deleted ALL of the file folders, it seems the real issue here is that it may have been installed directly into the directory. I'll keep trying and if I can find a solution I'll update here so anyone else experiencing this can be helped, thankyou again.
