No offense intended - but the original post is an example of what NOT to do when merging plugins.

NEVER merge mods of totally different categories: You got complex animation frameworks (OSA) merged together with also complex overhauls (Hunterborn), merged with clothes, merged with animations, merged with combat changes, merged with patches... Only merge plugins of the same category (e.g. weapons, armors/clothing, followers...).

NEVER put anything that is needed or might be needed as a master (e.g. OSA) into a merge. You'll get "missing master" issues.

NEVER merge complex mods with lots of scripts. In fact. I'd say: Don't merge anything, that contains scripts. Mods like OSA, Violens, Hunterborn and also Apachii Hair (needed e.g. by some NPC mods) generally don't belong into a merge. Start with smaller merges containing only mods of one category, test them. Then slowly expand.

Also be very careful with patches. Especially for patches, load order matters. You CAN merge patches, but always keep in mind where these patches belong in your load order and make sure your merged plugin a.) has these patches in the right order and b.) is placed correctly. Don't rely on LOOT in such cases - LOOT often can't handle merges properly.

So, for the OP: Discard that merge you made, start from scratch. Look for rather "simple" mods like armor/clothes and weapons. Start with merging them.
