FPS boost mod

Hey guys,

My game is a little laggy without any supporting mods and it's a little irritating. I'm searching for an FPS boost mod that is simple to download and actually works with high quality settings. Anyone know of any that may help me solve this minor issue of mine?

First of all high FPS is not alwas good, You sould in my opinion aim for the higest FPS that match you screen refresh rate (if your screen refresh rate is 60 HZ you want to aim for 60\30\20 FPS), any dimatch values will cause image tearing and headeach. This term is called V-Sync.

I dont reccomend using lower performace kinds of mod as they make the game look really bad. Use them only if you computer is very very old.

My recomenndation is to turn OFF anti-aliasing and antisotrpoic-filetring in skyrimlauncher.exe

In my opinion anti-aliasing is crap and antisotrpoic-filetring doesnt woth the gpu and i play with a really strong computer that can handle them.

you may also want to consider lowering the resolution if its an old computer.

I agree, I've noticed that the FPS mods on the nexus really lower the graphical quality of the environment in-game, making it almost seem like everything is two dimensional. Then I might have to turn off anti-aliasing and anisotropic-filtering. Lappy is like three years old I believe, but can run the game. By the way, thanks for your recommendation! =D

But i play counterstrike source with a 60hz monitor at 250fps and i dont get image tearing and headache? I dont think what you are saying is true...

you get tearing you just dont feel it.

its impossible to change the picture 250 times a second with a vertical refresh rate of 60 time a second and expect all images to change when refreshing start at the top of the screen. its pure math and logic.

While people like high fps in game like cs, as long as you not in cs championship(and even there imo no) i find it unhealty. low benefit of less then 3ms if you ask me why is it worth your eyes and head hurt? will that make you a better player - seeing split images of the next frames in vertcial tearing?

You may read more about Vertical synchronization

I highly reccomend the article its in hebrew:
