LE Marie from Splatoon as a follower

Ok, so this is a pretty weird request, but I'd like to ask if someone could make a mod that allows Marie from Splatoon as a follower. I'm new to skyrim modding, but I'm honestly just wanting to go "balls to the wall" with modding it (for lack of a better term), and I've looked up follower mods, but one of the ones I want is Marie from Splatoon cause why the hell not? Just add a some variety and weirdness to the game. Please and thank you.
