Skyrim load order, help with order and bugs.

So I'm new to the modding scene, and I've used a few mods before, but I just installed like 20 or 30 of them and was using a load order guide to set it up, but it won't properly save the order, won't let me reorder my dlc's and unofficial patches properly in NMM load order, and won't open the game properly. Biggest issue right now, is that for some reason, I am unable to put my unofficial dlc patches above the (other) dlc's themselves, which messes it up, and makes me unable to absorb dragon souls. After that, I need to properly reorder this massive s#*! pile. I know its totally improperly ordered, and I did try to put it together right, it just will not save it, so I'm hoping I can get it set up right in a txt, then export it back in to fix it. If anyone can fix this up a bit, enough that it will actually launch properly, that would be great.
