I was looking for a Plugin that makes the Changes

 

setgs iworkshopsettlerpopulationmax 999;

 

Permanent, so allow me to have infinite settlers. I dont want to add this to the fallout custom ini and the mod increased settler Population seems to be not updated for a long time. Could anyone help me with that? Would be nice thank you ;)
