A lot of mods doesn't work, why?

a lot of mods doesnt work with my fallout 4 (goty)
for example:
CBBE
color map 4k with locations
fallcomplete
movable power armor
visible companion affinity and many others
Why? :sad:
working mods:
genius game perk,
scrap dead things
scrap scrap
Scrappable sankturary (but about 2 years ago its worked better, now i cant scrap a lot of things, that i scraped then)
and some from build-in mods system
I installed it on cleanful goty version and tried installing mods with tutorial but everyone do the same as me
