Strange skin problem while outdoors

Just wondering if anyone can help me, I am having an issue on my character only (using Unique Character Mod), I am getting a strange kinda water effect look moving around on my characters body and face.

 

I have tried to delete the correct face / body files from my data folder and replace with ones straight from the mods .rar files but still getting the same effect, which is telling me its not the actual skin files themselves.

 

The image below kinda shows what I mean, tho it's a little hard to see and this light effect is moving over my character.

And if your wondering why the body is a tad darker, I am trying to blend Dimonized body to Nidias Face for cbbe without much luck >.<

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the W.A.T.E.R. - Water and Terrain Enhancement Redux mod installed, but I've never noticed this on my character before.

 

It does this when raining ?

I dont rly know when it does this but its caused by the GET WET.esp from that mod( it does this when u enter water for sure/swim)

Thankyou :) disabled the esp and its back to normal.
