Yesterday I went on an update spree and now Skyrim (classic) is screwed up. When I launch Skyrim in Fullscreen with an ENB (319 binary), a) it takes 3x longer to get to the load file menu than with no ENB and b) it flickers very quickly between a perfectly rendered Skyrim and a black screen. If I set Skyrim to borderless window in enblocal, it works fine, but still takes longer to load up.

I updated Windows 10 from ver 1511 to ver 1803 so I could get the bug fix for DirectX9 VRAM. I disabled the new Game Mode thing. Skyrim is not running in \program files\ (it's on an SSD separate from Windows). Steam Overlay is disabled. Happens whether Fraps is running or not. No other overlays that I know of. I tried reinstalling DirectX9 components from Microsoft in case the update deleted something, but no joy with that.

I also updated my graphics driver yesterday (GeForce 10 series, 398.11), so that could also be the problem. I can't roll back for some reason, so I'd have to download a different driver if that's the problem. Before I go through all that, does anybody happen to know what's going on? Before all this updating, it was working perfectly and smooth as silk.

Here's my enblocal. It's Rudy ENB, if that makes any difference.
