LE Spell that consumes potions

I was wondering if anyone could make a simple spell that costs little or no magicka and would consume the potion that would be most usefull for ex:

 

There are 2 spells- the Magicka potion spell, and the health potion spell.

 

If your magicka was only down by 25 the spell would consume a minor magicka potion but if it were higher such as 100 down it would consume a major magicka potion. The same would go for the health potion spell.

 

The main reason for this is so that i don't have to run into the inventory all the time and i can have the spell in my left hand while i use something else in the other hand :P

I believe others would find it usefull too :D
