Flashing red screen with Vampiric Thirst?

Hello all, I'm trying to get Vampiric Thirst to work for me but I'm at my wits end! The problem is when my character turns into a vampire (whether by mods or the usual being infected with Sanguinare Vampiris for more than 72 hours) the screen starts flashing red and doesn't stop. Suffice to say, it's incredibly annoying and distracting. I've read that mods changing the PlayerVampireQuestScript.pex can cause this to happen, but I can't think of any mods of mine that might affect it. The only other vampirism mods I have are DVA Dynamic Vampire Appearance (which is listed under recommendations on the mod's page), BVFE which affects only fangs and eyes, and Vampiric Thirst Redone (which I'd heard fixes the red flashing screen issue with VT but I guess not).

Hey I'm having the same bug my screen borders keeps flashing red even though I'm not a vampire,did you find the fix?
