Weird graphical bug

So I've been playing with my mods recently, and I finally got it working without freezing or startup CTDs. The only problem is that I'm getting some freaky weird graphical issues. And I mean WEIRD. Not like low FPS or something, I'm talking NPCs having their necks grow ten feat before orbiting their shoulders. Some less interesting bugs to, mostly actors bending over through their own legs or shooting out of their butts and stuff. My LO is as follows:
