Skyrim SE crash. (modded) CTD.

Hi! I've been modding for a while now and I'm starting to learn the basics. I recently ran in to a problem. My game keeps crashing when starting a new game, exactly when Ralof starts talking to the player. I tried to use Alternate start but it didnt work, it crashes after 1-10 minutes. I've cleaned the mastefiles, used loot to fix my load order and removed some mods that i know can cause crashes. I'm getting desperate, any help is gladly appreciated. Computer specs: i5-3570k , GTX 1060 6Gbvram , Ram 16gb , windows 7, 160gb free disk memory (D- drive, not C) PS. I've also done a clean install on SSE and mo2 it did not help. Latest version of SKSE and SSE.
