LE A mod that would make your character look at others?

While walking by NPCs, talking to someone etc. Im surprised they havent put this in vanilla by default, since all the NPCs seem to turn to look at you when you walk by them, with your stiff neck and eyes only looking forward :-/

 

I tried to find a mod that fixes this but was unsuccessful, so I apologize in advance if such a mod already exists. (Please do link if it does! ty! )

Ohh this sounds very nice :D unfotunatly it isnt something i can do but i will be watching this from the sideline

We had this in Oblivion it's called head tracking and I sorely miss it in Skyrim. I hope someone can find a way to enable it, it really adds to the immersion when playing in 3rd person.
