tried almost everything not to crash

i just started the thieves guild quest and randommly my skyrim crashes...it was working fine, i havent installed new mods and sudently it crashes everytime i load a save game...

i have the report from boss but i dont understand that, can someone give me a hand please?? sry for the bad english...
