Game Crashes Every Time

So, I've been trying to play New Vegas again, but I can't seem to play for any longer then 10-15 minutes at a time. The game just either freezes and won't respond on loading screens, or just freezes and crashes when walking around the wasteland. I've tried verifying game cache, starting the game from scratch, and even disabling several mods, but none of this helps. Maybe it is still a mod in my load order, or the load order itself, but it is driving me crazy, and if someone more experienced with modding can help, that would be amazing. Sounds like you have received the latest Win10 April 2018 Update (aka "1803" or "Redstone 4") or possibly the 12 June "KB4284835 (OS Build 17134.112)". Haven't heard of particular issues and solutions with FNV for either as yet, but they will trickle in I'm sure. You can help us track these by reporting what specifically caused and solves your issue. This Computer World feature article tracks these updates and can help you tell which have been installed (compare it's list against your "Control Panel | Windows Updates | View Update History" list).

Do you have "New Vegas Stutter Remover" (NVSR) installed? If so, please see the 'Issue: CTD after 10-20 minutes of play (post-Win10 2017 FCU)' and 'Issue: CTD without warning, "Out of Memory error", or stops responding after the Main Menu' entries in the 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

Also, please see the 'Common Game Problems' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. There are some issues with your load order that are addressed there.
