Suddenly CTD after Waiting

Suddenly whenever I would wait it would CTD. It doesnt CTD when i quicksave. Happened when I wait at Dragonsreach.

I am relatively new to modding and I appollogise before hand if I sound like a fool. Below is my load order and I would like advice if it seems off or odd. I have used LOOT and cleaned with SSEEDIT.
