Custom Guard question

I was wondering if anybody had any ideas on making a guard in a home mod I am making NOT talk and stay (preferrably) completely still, like a mannequin? Or, should I scrap the NPC idea and actually make him a mannequin? It is just for the look of it since it is in a player home where NOTHING could come in there and attack them anyway. The next question is, can mannequins have the "Ghost Ability" spell (the one you need to make them appear spectral) AND set to not be interacted with (i.e. add remove armor)?

You can give the mannequins a ring that adds the "Appear Spectral" enchantment on them? :3

Is this ring a mod? Or is it something you add to the inventory in the CK to get the effect?

You just need to make a ring with the "Appear Spectral" effect as it's enchantment. Making it unobtainable and adding it to the inventory of the guard or manequin will prevent pick-pocketing.
