Sorasik Posted June 21, 2018 Share Posted June 21, 2018 Hello, I've been looking for quite a while for a solution to wanting to have a silenced Paciencia (Or a plain hunting rifle with mirrored stats, it doesn't specifically have to be Paciencia.) that will also work with the mods added by WMX. I have found one or two mods that silence the hunting rifle, but those that do exist have weird kinks to them; one fires three bullets (like a multiplas/multilaz) and removes the silencer when mods are added, and two others have wacky (IMHO not bad, but wacky) models and weaker stats. I've been using the remington 700 mod as well as the l96, but Paciencia is my favorite rifle and I'd like to be able to get it down to just that and a sidearm for going light weight. The next step for me is to start working on creating it myself with tutorials (GECK maybe?). I think the easiest way to go about this might be to add a silencer to the base model of the rifle and make it inherently silenced, that way the three mods applied by WMX can still be added on. If the silencer would need to be added on via weapon mods that would be totally fine, provided it can still receive a scope (and hopefully the extended mag). If I can figure out how to create my own unique variant of a rifle I'll just change the damage to match Paciencia's on one of the rifle mods I have that comes with a silencer (like the Rem 700 mod). In a nutshell I'm trying to make the following: Either Paciencia or the base hunting rifle with Paciencia stats, a silencer and either no flag or the American flag (I currently have a reskin, which idk if it would work with what I'm asking for here), and to make the weapon inherently silenced so that I may still be able to apply WMX mods to it, dramatically increasing its usability. I'm absolutely open to suggestions or a point in the right direction; additionally if this has already been addressed with a mod and I just have brain damage keeping me from noticing it over months of searching, let me know. dubiousintent Posted June 21, 2018 Share Posted June 21, 2018 Have you seen the mod "A Hunting Rifle SILENCED"? It (called "Winston") allows all those weapon mods.
