Sayanel1
Hi, I created this topic as I didn't see any recent other topic concerning the same subject and the sticky topic have been locked 1.5 years ago, providing no real way to solve this issue. Recently I wanted to download some mods but the download is way too slow, 5ko/s to 10ko/s on average. I have reached even less than 1ko/s. The speed are erratic, sometimes it's 40ko/s and sometimes 10ko/s. I have those connexion speed since I have started downloading a week ago, no improvement since then.I don't believe it's my own connexion, as I can download up to 1Mb/s without any hitch on any other website or steam. If that was the only problem I would simply download during the night but the download stop randomly. The only 2 big files I managed to download are skyrim flora overhaul and realistic water two (after an entire day), but every other mod I have tried since then failed at some point (The mod that I failed to download are : static mesh improvement, lovely hairstyle, project parrallax as example).Another example, I could download perfect water ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61033 ) from NMM only, as the direct download from the website keep failing. Also, it feel like the entire website is slow for me, picture take twenty seconds or more to show. Here's my report (according to this topic : https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/5322760-reporting-download-problems/ ) Locale Details :# Location : France# ISP : Wifirst# Result of the ping :Look to the attached file (It's in french but I can translate if you require it), I took 3 ping in a row.# Anything special about my connection : It's the wifi given in my house.# My environment : WIndows# Antivirus : Microsoft security essentials (I tried to disable it, no difference) Files details# Mod page : Any mod# download method : I don't get to chose since I am not premium# Downloding via : I have tried website and NMM, both have the same problem (really slow connexion and randomly fail) Problem details explained above.Test download (the 500mb file)I couldn't download it, I had a speed of 26 octets/s and I am not willing to wait 365days and idk how many hours for that, sorry. However for the 2 hours I was downloading the file, it didn't fail. Thanks for any future help you might provide, if that topic was posted in the wrong section please tell me where I should go then.
