Texture issues :s

Hi guys, this is my first topic here, not sure if its the right spot, but...

I have runned into some problems after installing some mods (Remodeled Armor CBBEv3M, that kind of stuff). The textures were as it should be, but after installing those mods they turned into low res, as shown in the pics below:

(i've already uninstalled all the mods, but the problem continues)

...even though my config is pretty close to the maximum:

I wish i could help, but I'm having the same issues with a fresh install, not modded at all. I haven't even added SKSE yet.

I'm having these issues with some weird glitchy lines appearing everywhere, this has been happening since a fresh install and i dont know what to do. I dont even have any mods yet.
