SSE Auto sorting mod.

I stated in a earlyer post that I am not a modder. I don't know the first thing about modding. I am just a worker that works in a factory and don't even have time to think about learning to make mods. I just play skyrim in the mornings to unwind and that is about it.

 

At the time of this posting, a mod was just put up https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/18131. This mod is what I have been looking for and waiting for to deal with the biggest problem I have had while playing Skyrim and that is being over-encumbered while dungeon diving. The problem is I find it really hard to get into the game when I am just handed item when the game loads. I don't feel I earned there use nor do I find it immersive. ( I like immersive).

 

Just minutes after reading about this mod I have come up with a fairly quick and easy quest idea (the idea is quick and easy the implementation may not be so) that would allow the player to earn the use of the sorting items.

After working your way through some random monster-infested dungeon you come upon what appears to be a small ancient lab. In this lab you find a skeleton slumped over a table with a journal telling about how he/she was testing a new sorting item that he/she had invented. The journal tells of how the inventor had set up small labs all over Skyrim to test this sorting item. At the time of His/Her death, the inventor was in the prosses of placing several of these items at verious small labs all over Skyrim but had not gotten to finish do to his/her untimely death. The journal also has clues on how to find the location of the main lab. The main lab has a small supply of the sorting items as well as the blueprints for making more of them with all the corresponding loot to go with a place like this.

 

I don't want anyone to get introuble for using a mod with out the authors knowledge or permission so I was wondering if someone could ask the author of the sorting mod if it could be used as a base for the above quest idea. If not would someone be willing to make an auto-sorting mod that is similar from scratch in which the player needs to do the quest to get the autosorting items?
