Can't Install ENBoost or ENBSeries

I've attempted to install ENBoost for a day now, following both written tutorials and video tutorials, and I can't get it to work. When I try to install the wrapper version of enbseries, Skyrim won't even open. It acts as though the game doesn't exist after I click to open it with the launcher. When I try the injector version, the game opens and says the Speedhack is on, but the graphics inputs (or something to do with the graphics part, anyway) off, and then crashes to Desktop.

 

Does anyone have any ideas why this is? My laptop is a Windows 10 Notebook with AMD APU Radeon Graphics and 8 GBs of system RAM. This is my current mod list, if that helps:
