Mods uncheck themselves on game startup

So I lately came across Skyrim modding and a problem showed up:

Every time I start Skyrim I notice that the mods and DLCs aren't working, so I go to the NMM and I see that every plugin checkbox has been disabled.

Here are my plugins:

-Dawnguard.esm

-HearthFires.esm

-Dragonborn.esm

-HighResTexturePack01.esp

-HighResTexturePack02.esp

-HighResTexturePack03.esp

-Alternate Start - Live Another Life.esp

Can somebody help me?
