Increased XP Depending on Detection

If it's possible, I hope someone could create a mod that would adjust the amount of XP the player would be rewarded depending on their detection status. For example:

 

If the player kills an enemy while in the [hidden] status = 2x vanilla XP

 

If the player kills an enemy while in the [caution] status = 1.5x vanilla XP

 

If the player kills an enemy while in the [danger] status = vanilla XP
