I want help, FO4Edit, hold block (full mod idea included)

I want to hold block with hands or weapon.

I have done very little with FO4Edit but have learned some.

 

I do not need help with a specific mod, I am not using creation club,I am not asking you to make the mod. I hope this is the right place to seek this help.

 

If you want to make a mod well:

A mod for the players melee with these options would be great.

Ability to hold block with hands or weapon.

Increased melee speed (Found one that doesn't work, made my own with knife animations)

Chance of knockdown with bash (found one that throws enemies too far so I changed to paralyze1sec)

Chance of disarm with bash (made one that works good)
