smunk44
Hi, So I just installed Skyrim Special Edition and I was watching Gopher's beginner modding video. I got really confused at the game folder part and messed something up. I moved some files around (I really don't understand how files work or how any of that is organized) and now whenever I try to run nexus mod manager it says: "You are missing C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim Special Edition/Data/skyrim.esm. Please verify your game install and ensure (it) is present." I'm not at all tech savvy and I have absolutely no idea what to do. Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Can someone please help? Edit: Skyrim isn't starting up either. It tries to and shuts down immediately. What a nightmare. Edit 2: fixed, i just uninstalled and reinstalled both. what a headache though.
