Constantly changing ihourstorespawncell value

Hello everyone, so I seem to have a strange problem. Whenever i fast travel or change cells, value for ihourstorespawncell and ihourstorespawncellcleared changes. It seems to change randomly and has me a bit worried. I've been having trouble tracking down the cause of it, and it seems that playing vanilla reverts it back to the default values without changing. I was hoping if anyone on here could help me source the problem.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I didn't even knew it until I read this post and checked in my game...

Could you please tell me how you fixed it?

 

Edit:

- figured it out too, if anyone needs the info in the future, in my case it was Immersive Creatures, it has a spawn randomizer.
