Peripherals causing Skyrim SE to crash?

I have been playing Skyrim on my new Dell Inspiron 5577 (Intel i5, GTX 1050 with 4g of vram, 8g of ram) laptop attached to my monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I also use an Xbone controller when I play because I frankly prefer it. However, I've been freezing frequently and I've determined I only experience the hang whenever I am plugged into everything on my desk. If I play on just the laptop itself (still with my BT Xbone controller) I do not experience freezes. Sometime between 5 or 45 minutes of gameplay, my game will just hang, and I am forced to close out via task manager. Also, I know for a fact that just the monitor on its own can cause the crash. Could this have anything to do with the mods I am running? This only happens in Skyrim. Here is my load order:

Hey,
It seems that you forgot to download the Cutting Room Floor patch to work with RS Children Overhaul :

I also advise you to place the "unofficial skyrim special edition patch.esp" just after the "Dragonborn.esm"

If you still have problems search for LOOT here : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1918/
And then in the "Supported Tools" options of NMM search for LOOT and "Sort Plugins". See if in LOOT you don't miss another patch. If not it should be better now.

My desktop PC also experiencing freeze whenever I play heavily modded skyrim (after about 1 hour of gamplay). I fixed this issue by placing an electric fan pointing at the GPU. Now I can play more than an hour of skyrim.

 

I guess my desktop PC cooling system needs to be replaced or upgrade.
