Smoke meshes

Hello everyone, I posted earlier in the Skyrim Mod Requests subforum asking for a Smoke remover mod, the smoke that comes from fires like in Whiterun, not the fog and not the menu smoke either. I was waiting for an answer and then I figured out that all that I'd need to do is to make a mesh or two blank and it would be done, it's something I can do on my own very easily, so I'm trying. The problem is that I found a bunch of .nif files with the word "smoke" in the title, even a pair that look like boxes (which is how the mesh for smoke should look like), but blanking them and putting them in the data/meshes/effects folder doesn't seem to do the trick, I think I'm missing something or I'm blanking the wrong meshes.

 

Does anyone know where I can find said meshes to remove the smoke?

 

The meshes I've tried blanking already are bfxsmokeburningvol.nif and bfxsmokeburningvolheavy.nif.

Update: I've managed to delete most of the meshes for the smoke, and my framerate is indeed much better, but there's still two meshes that I just can't find, the first is the smoke coming from the water wheels in the farmhouse, the second is this ember, yes, only this one, in Windhelm, but there might be more that share the same meshes:

The file should be named along the lines of FireWithEmbersLogs, but there's only one and I've already blanked it. About the water wheels, in the meshes there are no smoke_emitter branches, I checked the water textures, and there's none there aswell.

 

Anyone can help?
