Balveric
Hello ! I had work on publicity of the Commonwealth to replace all vintage billboards and poster by nowadays publicity and graffiti. So that I use some publicity of the big brands. Coca-Cola ads edited in Nuka-Cola, Toyota, Mercedes, Puma, McDonald's, Nikon... etc... Many local companies ads of Boston like Santander Bank, Boston Pizza, Gillette, Boston Underground Film Festival. And some contextual publicity, U.S. Army, Halloween, Greenpeace, Clean Energy. All of the publicity are edit with degradation and rust. I want to post my files on Nexus but I'm afraid about copyright issue. It's necessary to change the name of the brands ? Or an other way ? Thanks for your answer. P.S.: Sorry for my English.
payl0ad
To be perfectly fine you'll need to not use any registered trademark, yep. The companies won't complain about free advertisement but using their logos without their permission is technically copyright infringement, I think.
