MaxBlackwell has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Re-upload of a mod by another author (mod taken down by the original author) without (providing) permission from the original author.

Uploader’s description (excerpt):
„As you may know that there used to mod called Reality Spectre's Better More Improved Potions but unfortunately creator of this mod took it down on Nexus, but I decided to uploaded once more. Again I'm not the creator of this mod all credits goes to Reality Spectre. I'm just uploaded anyway I hope you Enjoyed it. …“

If a mod author takes down a mod from Nexus, their will has to be honored and to be respected unconditionally. Re-upload of other author’s work on Nexus is not allowed without (providing) the original author’s explicit or publicly provided general permission.

Crediting the original author does not exempt one from the obligation to obtain the original author‘s permission in advance

Terms and Policies, Uploading files and images (excerpt):
„All files uploaded must have been created by the uploader or used with permission from the original author of the content. Such permission must be indicated in the Readme text attached to the file and/or on the Description page (or in the Description field for images), and must be obtained in advance, before uploading the file. If you cannot provide proof of consent then your file will be removed and your account is likely to be banned.“
