Loading Save Game Crash

I've looked this up multiple times, tried everything I can think of.

-Removed Mods

-Reinstalled

-Used Loot to setup load order

-Used SSEEdit5 to clean up conflicts.

-removed and validated

-pretty sure it's not an update because I have v 1.5.39.0

 

I can start a new game with no problem. I can wait, sleep, and fast travel with no problem. It's when I close out of Skyrim SE then try to load a previous save game that it crashes. I thought maybe it's because I was using console commands. Nope, that's not it. I THINK it's because I have fast traveled. It seems to only happen after I've fast traveled somewhere. For example I'll go from Whiterun to Windhelm. It won't crash during the fast travel or in game. ONLY after closing, opening and trying to load a save game.

These are the mods and their load order. I haven't been able to find any conflicts with the mods themselves. Please help this is beyond frustrating.

***Update***
OK so I played about an hour or so into a game. For the most part I didn't have any problems. I didn't fast travel anywhere. At one point I decided I didn't like how something happened so I went to load the most recent save. Guess what happened? That's right. It crashed.
