Getting the Grass Overhaul patch for Unique Landscapes Imperial Isle to work with GrassOverhaul.esp being imported into Bashed Patch

So I have both Unique Landscapes Compilation and Grass Overhaul and I have a patch for xUL Imp Isle module and since Grass Overhaul.esp is imported into the Bashed Patch it is deactivated and I can't activate the patch for GO/xUL with out activating Grass Overhaul.esp which needs to be deactivated and imported/merged.

 

So, I went ahead and tried adding the same Bash Tags (Deactivate, Graphics, NoMerge) to the patch plugin with LOOT and it imported it under Graphics in the Bashed Patch and rebuilt the patch. I haven't been able to test it, but is this correct? Or is there a better way to get these plugins to all work together?

 

Like if I used TES4Edit to merge the patch with GO or xUL Imp Isle module?
