Gameplay problem

I wasnt sure how to word it in the title, but I just started a new game and every few seconds the screen will fade to black and theres a noise that sounds like vomiting followed by the sounds of a feral ghoul, and I have no idea what is causing this, and I cant seem to find this problem elsewhere.
I dont know if its a mod problem, I dont remember any of the mods I installed having this as a possible effect?

Recommend you start over and prioritize your mods. Start with the most important to you and install them one at a time and TEST before installing another. You have too many obscure, "never heard of it before" mods to point to one as the cause, but you definitely have a mod conflict.
