TheAlmightyOS Posted June 27, 2018 Posted June 27, 2018 I think I have encountered this before, but I can't remember which mod caused it. Symptom: Loading FO4 to Main Menu, cannot create new game/continue/load/exit. Doing any of these actions will stall the program, forcing you to kill fallout4.exe. Looking in "Settings", you find that "Audio" is grayed out with a loading circle next to it. If you let this go, it will continue to load for over an hour with no change. If I run a clean (no mods) install with F4SE, it loads without issue. I have... a couple of mods...I would like not to have to go through each one and turn them on and off. It was working fine a few months ago when I had to stop playing. All I did when coming back was update F4SE and the plugins that required it. Does anyone know of any type of logging I can turn on, maybe a type of debug where I can see what the audio is getting caught up on? Or have you guys encountered this problem before? Please let me know. If I can't find some way to narrow this down I am going to have a hell of a day turning mods on and off.
TheAlmightyOS Posted June 27, 2018 Author Posted June 27, 2018 Ok, so my issue seems to have resolved itself. Not sure what it was. Still would like to know if I can get actual debug log files.
