Xuiryus
Just happened to me! I was mid-game and it crashed. How do I revert / fix?
November1986
Unfortunately half of the things I've found so far more or less says you need the old files, either a backup or an upload. But other than that it's plain out of luck until SE get's to update, then hope everything still works...But don't take my word for it, I could just be blind o.O. TheAlmightyOS
There used to be a way with steam console to revert but it is a bit of a process. Not hard, just a lot of steps. Let me see if I can find it.
Xuiryus
Fix found from here: In IE navigate to steam://nav/console (This will open the steam console) Paste in "download_depot 377160 377162 1577971768113543910" (This downloads the last working exe from steam) Navigate to where it downloaded the exe and copy it into your Fallout 4 folder Launch F4SE / Your mod manager
TheAlmightyOS
Annnnd found it. I know steam made some changes, but I THINK you should be able to follow this still. I am not even going to bother.
