Is it possible to put a preset (JSON) onto an NPC (Danse) via CK?

Hello!

I've been searching high and low about this, but I'm afraid I'm hitting a wall, as I'm pretty new to creating a mod for FO4.

I would first like to preface this with:

- I have tried the FaceRipper method. (Both via just FaceRipper ["Player -> Danse" Between the fresh save containing the preset as the PC, saving/applying it to my real save], as well as creating an ESP using FO4Edit)

- I have tried using LooksMenu on the NPC.

The NPC in question is Danse and I was told it might be pretty likely I'd have to do this via CK because he is a "unique model" in the game, and that that's probably why the above methods not only didn't work, but warped his face.

The image on the left is the preset I had made and saved to LooksMenu, on the player character. The right is what happens no matter what way I try to import the face onto him. (I also tried two other Danse replacers from the Nexus, both of which mess up his face as well. So this problem seems very specific to Danse.)

I'm open to any other methods you suggest for me to achieve what's going on, but for now I've been exploring using the CK as my friend suggested. All I have is the JSON for the preset file in my F4SE directory. And all I've managed to learn is how to open CK and navigate to the BoSPaladinDanse file in "Actors" and check out all this neato little information on him, but no way to actually import the Json file. The only import option I have is ".npc" which I have no idea about yet.

Alternatively: This is literally just so I can be kind of selfish about his appearance when/if I side with the BoS. He looks boring by default. If it's too much of a pain in the ass, I know I can use LooksMenu very easily to apply the preset to other companions, so I'll just do that so it doesn't go to waste.

Thank you for your time and patience.
