Followers acting up

Hi guys

 

So i have not installed any new mods or removed any, only updated F4 and F4se and somehow suddenly i cannot send my followers to any settlement, i have checked in my mod load list its not scrap everything or any other settler mod, i am running out of ideas what it can be can someone please help me, (hope this is the right forum to post it otherwise just give me a ping and i'll move it

I could be amazing follower tweaks. For my self I have to assign then to a settlement through it.

 

A different note, with Scrap Everything Ultimate, you do not need the rest, as they are included in it.
