Missing places

Hi,

 

I am playing Fallout 3 Ultimate Edition right now. From my first run about a year ago I am missing the following places:

 

1. A settlement by a small lake, where you can get clean water from a water-purifier, provided you've got the right mix of empty bottles with you.

2. Tents on the roof of a high building. There's an older guy who repairs stuff, if you give him some miracle glue (? translated from German).

3. A scientific research station on top of some monorail pillars.

4. A military camp on the round yard near Canterbury Commons

 

I don't remember that I installed mods for these places, but I'm not sure about that either.

 

Furthermore I'm looking for a mod that provides a subterranian facility/storehouse close to the gate of Megaton. There are lots of ghouls/zombies and you have to protect some soldiers from the attacking monsters (it definitively is not Rat Trap).
