OmnislashVII Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 For some reason a particular weapon I have just refuses to degrade. I've looked at it in the GECK, but everything there seems to check out. To be specific, it's a 12ga handgun that came with the Monster Mod from Dogtown 1. I tried overriding the damage to weapon multiplier, but it didn't work, and I don't see any other parameters in the weapon's info that have anything to do with the problem. Am I missing something? Maybe the condition somehow got way above 100%? Tried using the console to set its condition to 90%, and it immediately broke. Weird. I'm so confused, haha. rickerhk Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 If you make a change to an object like that, then when you launch the game, you need to remove it from the player's inventory (removeitem) , then add one back (additem) to test the changes. Had a little trouble figuring out how to manipulate the item through the console (didn't know the first two numbers in the form ID were the load order), but after removing it and adding it back again the weapon now seems to degrade normally.
